This uniform tunic is named to a Lt. Fowler (Later Captain). In our opinion, this tunic may be from 1930s to the 1950s era. It is extraordinarily well made. The condition is very good and shows wear and age. The silk interior neck collar is worn and fraying. The rubber interior belt hard hardened and broken in many smaller brown colored parts. This tunic has a crisp and bright look for being 70 to 100 years old. The size is smaller size.
